What Is Access to Work?
Access to Work (ATW) is a UK government grant that funds practical support for disabled people and those with long-term health conditions in employment.
If ADHD, Autism or executive function differences affect your ability to work consistently, Access to Work may fund:
You do not need a formal diagnosis to apply.
You must be in paid employment (including self-employed).
Work-Focused. Whole-Person Impact.
Access to Work coaching must be linked to your job. That will be our anchor.
