Access to Work ADHD & Neurodiversity Coaching UK

Specialist Workplace Coaching Funded Through Access to Work

If you are applying for Access to Work funding and looking for an experienced ADHD or Autism workplace coach in the UK, you are in the right place.

I provide specialist Access to Work ADHD and Autism coaching for neurodivergent professionals who want to stay in work, reduce burnout, navigate workplace challenges and perform sustainably — without masking or constantly firefighting.

This is structured, workplace-focused support. And it is also deep, perspective-shifting work.

What Is Access to Work?

Access to Work (ATW) is a UK government grant that funds practical support for disabled people and those with long-term health conditions in employment.

If ADHD, Autism or executive function differences affect your ability to work consistently, Access to Work may fund:

  • ADHD workplace coaching
  • Autism workplace coaching
  • Executive function coaching
  • Job coaching
  • Workplace performance strategy
  • Burnout prevention and workload management
  • Support identifying and implementing reasonable adjustments
  • Manager co-coaching sessions
  • Neurodiversity awareness training (linked to your support plan)
  • Assistive technology training and systems implementation

You do not need a formal diagnosis to apply.
You must be in paid employment (including self-employed).

Work-Focused. Whole-Person Impact.

Access to Work coaching must be linked to your job. That will be our anchor.

But you are not just an employee. You are a whole person.

The patterns that show up at work, burnout, rejection sensitivity, shutdown, masking, perfectionism, avoidance, do not stop at your office door.

So while our goals are workplace-based, the shifts are often much wider.

Clients frequently experience:

  • Increased self-trust
  • Reduced shame around ADHD or Autism
  • Clearer boundaries in work and relationships
  • Sustainable energy management
  • Long-term executive function frameworks
  • A different relationship with feedback and failure

You will leave with tools you can use forever.

Not temporary hacks – I provide Frameworks & Perspective shifts that last a lifetime.

This is workplace coaching AND it is life-changing.

Because when your brain stops feeling like the problem, everything changes.
